St. Jakob has more of the traditional Tyrolean architecture that you might expect in a small village in the Alps of Austria, and therefore it's a bit more photogenic. (At least in the eyes of a tourist like me).

In the photo above you can see our corner apartment on the third floor of the building on the right. So I didn't have to venture too far for this photo, though it was a bit of mission compared to yesterday's town photo which I shot from the balcony! 😮‍💨
