Mountains of Utah

The Wasatch Range rises above Salt Lake City, Utah, and is famous for its bountiful powder snow and fantastic ski terrain. The Uintas, an expansive mountain range located at the far north of Utah, are one of the only major east/west oriented mountain ranges in North America. La Sal Mountains tower above Moab and the redrock canyonlands. And the House Range is a lonely precipitous mountain range in the Basin and Range deserts of western Utah.
